All dues-paying homeowners in the Kings Mill-Morgan Creek Neighborhood are members of the Association.  The Association holds an annual meeting, usually in January, at which time an Association Board is elected. The Association Board members are elected to two-year terms. Smaller general membership meetings are held as needed throughout the year.

Between general membership meetings, the Association Board meets approximately 4 times a year, based on need.  Board meeting dates are announced ahead of time via email listserv (neighbors only - click here to read about the listserv) and all neighbors are welcome to attend.

Minutes of all general membership and board meetings are available in the "residents only" section of this web site.

The Association publishes a Newsletter once a year, distributed to all homes.
Annual dues are $25.  Dues cover the costs of newsletter publication/distribution, annual meeting expenses, neighborhood social events, and neighborhood legal fees to defend our protective covenants.
